DELIVERY We ship all domestic Canadian orders at a flat rate of $15 to $18 Woodsy World uses Canada Post which is available with tracking. Your tracking number can be provided to you upon request. All marquee lights are made to order, with a turnaround time of approximately 21 days. We ask that customers allow up to 10 business days for your order to reach you. This may vary if you are in a regional domestic area or if you are an international customer. Sorry, Woodsy World accepts no liability for lost/missing parcels once sent. For international orders, please contact us prior to ordering if you’d like your parcel to be trackable. Extra charges apply. Woodsy World will NOT be responsible for any orders where tracking has not been added. If an incorrect address is provided at time of order and a parcel is returned to Woodsy World you will be required to pay for this package to be re-sent. Please ensure that you provide correct postal information at time of order. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE - Shipping from Canada can take approximately 2-4 weeks. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES Woodsy World will not be responsible for the payment of any customs levies, duties or taxes that may be associated with international delivery in your local country. Customers will be solely responsible for any such fees, therefore we ask that you please make yourself aware of them before confirming your order. RETURNS In any situation if you are unhappy with the products performance we are happy to take care of you. Please email us in the events you decide tor return your purchase.Because all of our marquee lights are unique and are made specifically to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns or exchanges in the event that you change your mind after placing your order or after 30 days of purchase. We are always more than happy to assist you in making the correct choice for your home, in the hopes of avoiding any incorrect selections. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us, via e-mail, within 5 days of receipt, including a description of the fault or damage alleged and corresponding photographs where necessary. We will assess the information and provide a replacement if necessary. We may require your initial item to be returned to us. We reserve the right to make this determination, at our sole discretion.
